Shari Lundenberg is a seasoned global human resources executive with 25 years of experience partnering with senior executives and global business teams to develop and deliver strategic HR plans and programs. Shari is experienced in all HR disciplines, with expertise in leading business transformation and integration and aligning global, cross-functional teams to enable breakthrough performance. She is a visionary change manager with proven success in translating an organization’s business requirements into functional programs aligned with corporate culture and short- and long-term growth objectives. She is adept in strategic recruitment to attract top-level candidates, reduce turnover, maximize potential, and champion advancement. She was promoted to senior vice president of HR and administration for MJH Life Sciences^® in 2022.

Before joining MJH in 2015, Shari was a key driver of organizational change for companies including Burlington Stores, Inc. and Costume SuperCenter. After graduating from Syracuse University in 1994, she started her career in the executive training program at Bloomingdale’s in New York.
